Thank you for choosing Sirrush Exhaust Systems products. We strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Sirrush Exhaust Systems warrants all its universal mufflers, stock type mufflers, sport mufflers and bullets to be free from defects in material and workmanship; as long as they are in the possession of the original owner and remain in the vehicle in which they were originally installed. This warranty is subject to the normal use of the vehicle, and will be void if the product was altered in any way, or damaged due to the negligence of the customer or the installer and if it was used for racing or competitions; as well as if the engine was modified from its original conditions. Uncontrollable circumstances such as collisions, weather, impacts to the chassis or exhaust system due to road conditions, rock hits, cosmetic circumstances such as paint, product discoloration, internal oxidation, surface oxidation, corrosion, lack of maintenance, cold or extreme heat (because they can damage or disfigure the appearance of the product, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.

Since sound is subjective, this warranty does not cover sound. Please do not return the product if you do not like the sound or sound level. Our sports products are created to allow maximum flow of gases, which can result in higher sound levels compared to the original muffler. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear (including interior and exterior sound and cosmetic condition of the product), especially unrestricted sports mufflers containing sound absorbing material, at high temperatures. Be aware that the material will degrade over time. The degradation of sound absorption with this material is considered normal wear, not a product defect.

Sirrush Exhaust Systems’ only obligation shall be to replace the product provided a defect is found in material or workmanship. Guarantees not expressed in this document and which were made by the distributor, reseller, installation workshop, etc. they are not covered by Sirrush Exhaust Systems.

Sirrush Exhaust Systems products are universal and may require additional materials for proper installation. Each muffler or muffler must have at least two welded fasteners at the intersection of the body and muffler or muffler cover to secure the part to the chassis of the vehicle. The exhaust line must also have its proper supports to avoid causing stress on the product. Holes on the outside of the muffler, due to poor welding of the bra, will void the warranty. Both the cost of labor, as well as the additional parts for the installation of the product, are not included in this warranty.

All our products made of aluminized steel, as in the Premium brands: Magnaflow, Gibson, etc. As of 01/01/2020, they have a 1-year limited warranty. Our mufflers in stainless steel, as in the Premium brands. As of 01/01/2020, they have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The Mongoose line has a 6 month limited warranty. Our bullets (resonators) or Glasspacks have a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty Application. To make a claim under the terms of this limited warranty, please contact us at (33) 3365-0844, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 pm. The original product must be returned to our factory located in Zapopan, Jalisco. Once the physical inspection has been made and the warranty proceeds, Sirrush Exhaust Systems will replace the defective part with a new product of the same part number.
